We accept personal checks, mastercard and visa. For credit card orders call,
fax, or email us your account information including expiration date.
Orders paid for by check can be mailed to our address in the purple box
at the bottom of the page. Be sure to add shipping charges listed on the chart
at the bottom of the page. PLEASE always include your name, a physical address
(for UPS shipping), and telephone when ordering or contacting us with any questions.
